Choose the skill where you can produce evidence this month:
Do not choose a broad identity such as “entrepreneur.” Choose work you can show.
SKILL
→ POINT OF VIEW
→ BUILD OR DEMO
→ PUBLISH THE DECISION
→ LOG THE EVIDENCE
→ IMPROVE THE NEXT BUILDYour content is the explanation layer around real work.
For each idea, answer:
| Field | Question |
|---|---|
| Observation | What did you notice while doing the work? |
| Common advice | What does the category usually say? |
| Disagreement | Where does that advice break? |
| Evidence | What result, source, or artifact supports you? |
| Consequence | Why should the audience care? |
| Next action | What can they do or test? |
If the evidence is only a feeling, label it as an opinion. Do not turn it into a fact because the post sounds better.
One artifact is enough:
The artifact should exist before the post claims it works.
Create a Proof Ledger:
| Claim | Evidence link | Baseline | Result | Timeframe | Permission | Boundary |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
Useful proof includes:
Blur contracts, private client data, emails, payment details, and brand contacts.
Use this structure:
HOOK
The viewer’s problem, question, or desired result.
PROOF
Show the artifact early.
DECISION
Explain the choice that changed the result.
METHOD
Give the repeatable step, not every implementation detail.
BOUNDARY
Say what the proof does not establish.
CTA
Offer the template, checklist, or build notes.Ask Claude:
Turn this real artifact into three short-form content angles.
ARTIFACT
[PASTE OR DESCRIBE]
EVIDENCE
[PASTE PROOF LEDGER ROW]
AUDIENCE
[PASTE]
For each angle give:
- a searchable on-screen title
- a spoken opener that does not repeat the title
- the proof shown in the first ten seconds
- the one decision worth teaching
- an honest boundary
- a useful CTA
Do not invent performance, income, personal history, or a customer quote.Share:
Keep private:
| Week | Build | Post 1 | Post 2 | Proof to capture |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Small artifact | Why I built it | Demo | Input and finished output |
| 2 | Improve one flaw | The mistake | Before and after | Change and result |
| 3 | Apply it to a new case | What transferred | What did not | Second example |
| 4 | Package the method | The framework | The template | Repeated pattern and limits |
Cindy’s personal brand has led to hundreds of thousands in signed brand deals and multiple job offers. The useful lesson is not “post and opportunities appear.” Those results sat behind constant research, content systems, an editing team, commercial negotiation, and consistent publishing.
When using personal commercial proof:
Start with the work that gives you energy. Showcase it, tell the story, teach one useful thing, and keep the receipt.
Instead of waiting for somebody to notice your potential, publish the evidence of what you can already do and what you are learning to do next.
