Run a faceless channel on autopilot with FacelessReels
Hey, it's Cindy ๐ฑ This is the full version of the setup from my video: build the series once, connect your accounts, and it writes, voices, edits and posts on a schedule.
btw the waitlist for AI System Club is now open! If you're keen on using AI to automate your content, video editing, job search, business or build AI agents, feel free to sign up (only if you want to hehe). Ps. the waitlist gets first dibs:)
The tool is FacelessReels. The setup below takes a few minutes. The thinking before it is what separates a channel that pays from one that posts into the void, so do the niche step properly.
step one
Pick the niche before you touch the tool
Faceless pages earn on RPM, which is what advertisers pay per thousand views. That number swings hard by topic, so the same 1 million views can be worth several times more in one niche than another. Finance, business and tech sit at the top. Broad entertainment sits at the bottom.
๐ฐ Choose an advertiser-friendly topic. Money, business, tech, careers and self-improvement attract higher-paying advertisers than general entertainment or meme content.
๐ Check you can make 100 videos in it. If you cannot list 20 video ideas in ten minutes, the niche will run dry. Scary stories, history, mythology and unsolved mysteries all have effectively unlimited material.
๐ฏ Pick one lane and stay in it. Mixed topics confuse the recommendation systems on every platform. One page, one lane.
๐ก Type your own niche instead of taking a preset if your topic is more specific. "Ancient Egyptian daily life" will outperform "history" because the audience is clearer.
step two
Build the series
โถ๏ธ Create your first video, then Series. Go to facelessreels.com, click Create your first video, then Create series. A series is the recurring setup, not a one-off video.
๐๏ธ Pick your niche. Choose a preset like scary stories, history or mythology, or type your own.
๐ฃ๏ธ Choose language and voice. Pick the voice you would want narrating 100 videos, not the most dramatic one. Listen to a full sample before committing.
๐จ Choose the art style. Dark fantasy, comic, painting and anime each set a different audience expectation. Match it to the niche rather than to your taste.
๐ฌ Choose captions and effects. Captions are not optional. Most viewing happens on mute, so the caption style carries the story.
โฑ๏ธ Set the duration to 60 to 70 seconds. That range is long enough to tell a complete story and short enough to hold retention.
๐ Connect TikTok, Instagram and YouTube. Authorise each account once, then name the series and pick your publishing time.
๐ Hit Create series. From here it writes the scripts, generates the visuals, does the voiceover and posts on the schedule you set.
You can open any upcoming video and change it before it renders. Do that for the first week, so you learn what the generator does well in your niche and what needs steering.
step three
The first week
๐ Watch the first five back. Check the pacing, the caption timing and whether the hook lands in the first two seconds. Fix the series settings, not each video.
โ๏ธ Steer the scripts. If the openings feel generic, edit the upcoming videos before they render and keep the pattern that works.
๐ Give it 30 posts before judging. Short-form performance is noisy. A single flop tells you nothing, 30 posts tells you whether the niche and the format work.
The honest part
Three things nobody mentions in the ads. Monetisation has entry requirements: YouTube needs 1,000 subscribers plus watch hours or Shorts views before you earn anything, and TikTok's rewards programme has its own follower and view minimums, so the first month is building, not earning. Platforms penalise mass-produced sameness: YouTube's inauthentic content rules target repetitive, templated uploads, so vary your hooks, structures and art direction rather than shipping the same video 100 times. Disclose AI where the platform asks: TikTok and Instagram both have AI-generated content labels, and using them protects the account.
The automation solves production, which is the part that used to take hours. It does not solve taste, niche choice or consistency, and those are what actually decide the outcome.
