the outcome

What you get by the end

You provide your niche, your offer and your five best posts. This performs a positioning pass, a profile audit, a 30-day calendar and a pattern analysis. You receive a month of planned content with hooks and formats, plus captions that sound like you.

💡 Run all six in one chat, not six separate ones. The whole point is that Claude keeps everything it learned in prompt one when it writes your caption in prompt six.

prompt one

The Strategist

This runs once, before anything else, ever. Everything after it inherits this context.

You're my social media strategist. Before we make anything, interview me so you understand my account properly.

Ask me these one at a time and wait for my answer before moving on:
1. What do I post about, and who is it for?
2. What do I sell or want to sell, and at what price?
3. What do I want someone to do after they follow me?
4. What are three accounts in my space, and what do I do differently?
5. Paste me three of my own captions so you can hear how I talk.

When you have all five answers, write me a positioning brief with: my audience in one sentence, the three content pillars I should own, the specific outcome I help people get, and a voice guide covering the words I use, the words I never use, sentence length and how formal I am.

Keep the brief in memory for everything else we do in this chat.

prompt two

The Auditor

Fix the profile before you pour content into it. Feeding posts into a broken bio just gets you to the problem faster.

Here's my profile. [Paste your bio, your name field, your link, and describe your first nine posts, or attach screenshots.]

Audit it against the positioning brief you just wrote. For each of these, tell me whether it's helping or costing me, and give me the fixed version:
- The name field, which is what people actually search
- The bio's first line, which is the only line most people read
- Whether a stranger can tell in three seconds who this is for
- Whether the link does the job the bio promises
- What the first nine posts say about the account as a whole

Rank your fixes by impact and tell me which single one to do today.

prompt three

The Planner

A month of hooks decided in one sitting beats deciding at 7am what to post.

Build me a 30-day content calendar using the positioning brief.

For each day give me: the content pillar, the format (reel, carousel, story or text post), the specific hook line, and the one thing the viewer should leave with.

Rules:
- Weight it towards the pillar that grows reach, not the one that sells
- No more than one selling post every five days
- Vary the hook mechanism, never the same opener twice in a week
- Mark the three posts most likely to travel, and tell me why

Give it to me as a table I can paste into Notion.

prompt four

The Idea Machine

This is the one you come back to when the calendar runs out.

Generate 30 new content ideas for me, sorted into three groups:

BEGINNER: for someone who just found my topic and knows nothing.
INTERMEDIATE: for someone already doing it who wants to do it better.
ADVANCED: for someone who could teach it and wants the edge case.

For each idea give me the hook line and the format. No generic topics, every idea has to be specific enough that I could film it tomorrow without more research.

Then tell me which group I'm currently over-posting in, based on the calendar you built.

prompt five

The Pattern Finder

Your winners already hold the formula. You just haven't written it down.

Here are my five best performing posts and my five worst. [Paste the captions and describe the visuals, or attach screenshots.]

Don't tell me the obvious. Tell me what the winners share that the losers don't, specifically:
- The hook mechanism, named
- What the first three seconds ask of the viewer
- How specific the promise is
- The structure of the caption
- What the call to action does

Then write it as a repeatable formula I can apply to a new topic, and show me that formula applied to one idea from the calendar.

prompt six

The Ghostwriter

Last for a reason. It only sounds like you because the five before it already said who you are.

Write the caption for [the idea], using my voice guide and the formula from the pattern analysis.

Rules:
- First line has to work as the only line someone reads
- Say the specific thing, not the category
- No em dashes, no "unlock", no "game changer", no rhetorical question openers
- Match my sentence length and how casual I actually am
- One call to action, at the top

Give me three versions: one that leads with the outcome, one that leads with the problem, and one that leads with a specific number or detail.

Where this actually breaks

  1. Skipping prompt one ruins everything after it. The reason most people get generic output is that they start at prompt six. Claude is guessing at who you are, and the average of everyone is exactly what you were trying to avoid.
  2. Prompt five needs real posts. If you're new and have no winners yet, use five posts from accounts you'd want to be compared to, and say so in the prompt.
  3. Run it monthly, not daily. One sitting a month is the point. Re-run the Strategist only when your offer or audience actually changes.
