One rule before we start, because most "AI runs your agency" content skips it: Claude writes the words, the strategy and the structure. It does not make the pictures or the video, and it does not post untouched. A design tool renders the visuals, and you approve every step. That is not a limitation, it is the workflow that actually holds up with real clients.
the strongest oneThe strongest one, because it uses Claude's real Notion connection. Connect the Notion connector (Settings, then Connectors, one-click login) and Claude can genuinely read and write your Notion databases. Give it your brand strategy and it drafts a month of ideas mapped to your content pillars and drops them into your calendar as rows to review.
Read my content strategy (attached / in this Notion page). Generate 2 weeks of post
ideas mapped to my content pillars and funnel stages. For each: a working title,
format (reel/carousel), the pillar, and a one-line hook. Create them as new rows in
my "Content calendar" Notion database with status "Idea" for me to review.
Hand Claude a short client brief and it maps the funnel strategy, creative direction, shot list and captions in one pass. This is all text and strategy, which Claude is genuinely great at.
Here is a client brief: [paste it]. Build a campaign plan: funnel strategy (awareness
to conversion), the core message, creative direction, a shot list for 3 pieces, and
caption drafts for each. Keep it on the brand voice in the brief.
Give Claude a brand's positioning, voice, and a few reference images, and it writes a clean, structured guidelines document: tone, messaging rules, and a proposed colour and type direction in words. It cannot audit a live visual identity like a designer, but as a first, reusable source of truth it is excellent.
Draft a brand guidelines doc from this input: [positioning notes, voice examples,
and attached reference images]. Cover: brand story, tone of voice with do/don't
examples, messaging pillars, and a proposed colour palette and type direction
described in words. Format it as a clean document I can share with my team.
Approve one piece of content and Claude rewrites it into platform-native copy and plans the layout for each format: a YouTube title and thumbnail text, an Instagram cover, a LinkedIn carousel. Claude does the words and the layout plan.
Take this one video/post: [paste]. Repurpose it into: a YouTube title + thumbnail text,
an Instagram reel cover caption, and a 6-slide LinkedIn carousel (slide-by-slide copy).
Keep each one native to its platform. Give me the sizes for each so I can render them.
๐ผ๏ธ Then the pixels: hand that plan to a design tool to render the actual images. Two real options that plug into Claude via MCP:
Feed Claude one winning ad and it writes a batch of on-brand copy variants in seconds: different hooks, angles, and CTAs. Then Claude Code can batch them into every format by calling your design tool.
Here is my best-performing ad: [paste copy + describe the creative]. Write 10 on-brand
variants: vary the hook, the angle, and the CTA. Keep the offer and brand voice
consistent. Give them to me as a numbered list I can test.
Claude is the strategist and orchestrator. A design tool (Canva) or an image model (Nano Banana) makes the actual pixels. You review before anything ships. Get that rhythm right and you genuinely do the work of a small team, without pretending the robot runs the whole agency.
Do not switch on all five at once. Pick the job that eats your week, usually the content calendar, and hand just that one to Claude first. Once it is saving you real hours, add the next.
