Hey, it's Cindy ๐ฑ You're here from my video on building a $10,000-quality website with just two tools. Here's the whole thing: Claude writes the plan,
Emergent builds it, puts it live on the internet, and hands you a real link you can share. No code, no designer, no hosting setup.
the setup
The two tools ๐งฐ
๐ง Claude is your strategist. Describe your business in plain English and it writes a complete website plan (the pages, the sections, the actual words, the colours and fonts) as one clean prompt. A free account at
claude.ai is all you need.
๐ Emergent is your builder. Paste the plan in and its AI agents build the real site, deploy it to the internet, and give you a link you can share. No code, no hosting, no developer.
the walkthrough
The exact steps from my video โจ
- ๐ฌ Describe your business to Claude. Open Claude and tell it what you do, in plain English. The next section is your exact checklist of what to cover.
- ๐ Ask for a website plan. Paste the prompt below. Claude may ask 2 or 3 quick questions first, so answer them.
- ๐ Get one clean plan. Claude writes the full spec (pages, sections, copy, colours and fonts) inside a single copy block.
- ๐ช Paste it into Emergent. Go to Emergent, start a new build, and paste the whole plan as your first message.
- ๐ Watch it build and go live. Emergent builds the site, deploys it, and hands back a real link, usually in a few minutes.
- ๐ Tweak in the preview. Ask for changes in plain English and watch them land live. Not sure what you want? Browse the inspo sites inside Emergent so you never start from a blank page.
this part matters most
How to describe your business ๐ฃ๏ธ
Your plan is only as good as your description. A sentence or two on each of these is all Claude needs:
๐ท๏ธ The basics Your business name, what you sell or do, and roughly what it costs.
๐ฅ Who it's for Your ideal customer and the problem you solve. "Busy salon owners who lose bookings after hours" beats "everyone".
๐ฌ The pitch Your one-line hook, your 2 or 3 biggest benefits, and the tone you want: warm, premium, playful, expert.
๐จ The look Your colours and fonts. No brand yet? Name a website whose style you love and say "like this".
๐ Pages + one action The pages you need (home, about, services, pricing, contact) and the ONE thing a visitor should do: book, buy, join, or DM. Build the whole site backwards from that.
๐ Proof + contact Testimonials, results, client logos, follower counts, plus the email, socials, or booking link people use to reach you.
Don't overthink it. Messy bullet points are fine, turning them into something polished is Claude's job.

๐ Turns your business description into a builder-ready plan
You are my website strategist. Here is my business: [paste your description, covering the basics, who it's for, your pitch, your brand look, the pages you want, your proof, your contact details, and the one action you want visitors to take].
Turn this into a complete, build-ready website plan I can paste straight into an AI website builder called Emergent as my first prompt. Write it so it produces a site that looks like it cost $10,000, not $100. Include:
- Every page, and the sections stacked in order down each page (hero, benefits, proof, offer, FAQ, contact, and so on)
- Real headline and body copy for every section in my brand voice, no lorem ipsum and no [placeholder] text
- One primary call to action, worded the same way and repeated naturally on every page
- A simple design system: one accent colour with its hex code, a heading and body font pairing, generous white space, and consistent rounded buttons
- Where real photos should go, and a note to use my own images over stock
- A clear instruction that the site must look and work perfectly on mobile first
Ask me up to 3 short questions first only if something important is missing, then wait for my answers. Otherwise write the plan now. Put the final plan in a single code block with nothing before or after it, so I can copy it in one click.
make it look expensive
What makes a site look like $10k, not $10 ๐
๐ฌ๏ธ Room to breathe Generous white space is the single biggest thing that reads as expensive. If a page feels cramped, tell Emergent to add more spacing.
๐ฏ One accent colour Use a single accent colour for every button and link. Rainbow buttons are the fastest way to look cheap.
๐ธ Real photos, not stock Builders start with placeholder images. Swap in your own headshot and real product shots, a real face out-converts stock every time.
๐ One clear CTA The best-converting sites ask for one thing per page. If your homepage has five buttons, cut it to one.
ship it
Polish, publish, and what it costs ๐
- โ๏ธ Edit in plain English. Tell Emergent what to change ("make the top headline bigger, add a testimonials section") and watch it happen live in the preview.
- ๐ฑ Check it on your phone. Most of your visitors are on mobile, so click through every page on your phone before you share the link.
- ๐ Add your own domain. The free link works to start. When you're ready, buy a domain (about $15/year) and connect it inside Emergent for free.
The honest cost: Emergent runs on credits. The free plan (10 credits) is enough to explore, but keeping a site live costs 50 credits a month, so to publish and keep editing you'll want the Standard plan (about $20/month, 100 credits). Everything up to publishing is free to try.
