Complaints and content concerns

One address, a clear process, and a seven-day commitment.

Write to

hello@cindyzhu.com.au

with the word Complaint in the subject line, or use the contact form. Either reaches the same place.

What this page covers

This is the route for raising a concern about any content published here or posted inside AI System Club's member community. That includes:

  • Anything written or published by Cindy, on this website, in a guide, in an email or on social media.
  • Anything posted by a member inside the community, including comments and replies.
  • Content you believe is false, defamatory, misleading, or infringes your copyright, trademark or privacy.
  • An account or page impersonating Cindy, or using her name, face or voice without permission.

If your question is about a purchase, a refund or access to the program, the contact page is the faster route and goes to the same inbox.

What to include

A complaint is easier to act on quickly when it says:

  1. Exactly what the content is, with a link or a screenshot, and where it appears.
  2. What is wrong with it, in your own words.
  3. Why you are the right person to raise it, for example that it is about you, or that you own the right being infringed.
  4. How to reach you for a reply.

You do not need a lawyer and you do not need legal language. A plain description is enough.

The commitment

Every complaint is acknowledged and acted on within seven days of receipt.

In practice that means the content is reviewed, and where the complaint is made out, access to it is prevented: removed, hidden, or corrected, depending on what is fair. If a complaint is not made out, you get a reply saying so and why.

Complaints and the action taken on them are logged with dates. If a complaint is about content a member posted rather than something Cindy wrote, it is handled the same way and on the same clock.

If you are a member

You can also raise anything directly inside the community, which is usually faster for things like a post that breaks the house rules. This page exists for the times when that is not appropriate, or when you would rather it was not public.
